Our Warranty and Costing Clerk role provides administration support across the Customer Service team, including costing of retail workshop invoices and processing of warranty and contract maintenance claims. This role will be a great fit if you are already established or still building your career within a customer service / warranty / costing role within the automotive industry.

**What you will do**:
At Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV) Brisbane north, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:

- Interpret technician reports for repair order completion in Fusion
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders
- Processing of warranty claims
- Reconciliation of claim files
- Manage the daily administration functions of the service department
- Ensure the daily warranty and retail costing / processing KPI targets are achieved

**Your future team**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor and through to the Workshop Manager, you will work in a team of Service Advisors and Costing Clerk’s. The greater workshop team of roughly 35 is made up of Mechanics, Auto-Electricians, Trades Assistants and Apprentices. The team at VCV Brisbane North pride themselves on running a quality operation, in a supportive and good-humoured team environment.

- Proficient with numbers and systems including the Microsoft Office Suite
