**The Role & Project**

MACA is on the hunt for a Regional HSEQ Superintendent based at our modern office in Welshpool.

Reporting to the HSEQ Manager (Mining and Crushing Divisions), you will be responsible for overseeing all HSEQ related matters for our 14 mine site operations and numerous crushing projects. The role is Perth based but will require some site travel and flexibility to manage incidents as required.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Strong HSEQ knowledge and systems experience to ISO:45001 / 14001 / 9001
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining HSEQ systems to the requirements of Worksafe / DMIRS.
- Cert IV Work Health and Safety
- Lead Auditor Qualification
- Lead ICAM Investigator
- Construction Safety Awareness (White Card)
- Diploma or higher in Work Health and Safety is preferred
- Cert IV Training and Assessment is preferred
- Knowledge of quality systems relevant to Civil Construction (MDRs, ITPs, ITRs)
- Knowledge of injury management processes and systems
