**The Role**

You will be responsible for supporting NDIS eligible participants with the management of their NDIS plan and budget. You will assist a team of Case Coordinators and other Support Managers to plan, implement and evaluate a range of support services which meet participants’ outcomes.

Using your natural communication skills, you will continually build your internal and external networks to assist in coordinating the right supports for your participants. This role operates within a billable hours framework, and you will need to ensure strict compliance with all reporting and auditing requirements.

As part of this role you may be required to travel between sites from time to time.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience in service coordination or practical experience within the disability sector
- Knowledge of NDIS and other government department policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal;
- Ability to liaise effectively with participants, customers, community groups, employees, external agencies, government departments and other stakeholders;
- Ability to undergo a satisfactory background checks including NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check;
- Valid NSW Driver Licence (minimum P2)
