Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Aid in providing technical support to clients, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.

Conduct troubleshooting of network problems and perform system diagnostics with precision.

Installation and Maintenance:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.

Ensure seamless operation of hardware, software, and network components.

Learning and Development:
Collaborate closely with senior technicians to expand your technical skill set.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of IT advancements.

Customer Service:
Deliver friendly and professional customer service, addressing client IT needs with efficiency and empathy.

Translate technical information into clear, understandable terms for non-technical users.
