**About our client**

Our client provides high quality customised physical security solutions to enterprise organisations. They specialise in delivering automated control systems, high-end integrated security, access control, CCTV, building automation, intercoms, locking systems, network infrastructure and safety solutions. With more than 20 years’ experience, our client sets new standards in auditing, design, installation, service, and maintenance.

**About the role**

Our client are looking for an experienced and collaborative coordinator to liaise with suppliers, technicians and customers. The role will be to assist in all aspects of the daily administration, accountancy activities and service coordination.
- Update, maintain and track purchase orders, invoices, historical statements and other data entry for the accounts department
- Verify expense reports and prepare payments
- Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports
- Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries
- Maintain invoicing levels in accordance with cost plans
- Compliance with all the required ISO standards
- Assist in Client scheduling, including taking incoming calls, scheduling technicians and contractors and review rosters and timesheets using simPRO
- Any other tasks requested by the Service Manger

**About you**
- Experience in security or building services industry
- Experience in Invoicing, compliance and service coordination
- Good time management skills and ability to juggle different tasks
- Exceptional communication and computer skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
