**About the role**
Your strong time management skills will enable you to deliver day-to-day activities accurately and efficiently within agreed timelines, while prioritising tasks based on customer requests to provide exceptional service. Collaborating closely with a small, dedicated team, you will utilise your sound knowledge of computer skills to manage data and communicate effectively. Your proactive approach and commitment to quality service will help create a safer environment for everyone.

Key responsibilities include:
- Support the MFPO to undertake Councils Annual Fire Season Inspection Program, including issuing/processing Fire Prevention Notices, managing time extensions, corresponding with property owners and data collection on property information.
- Assist in the development and delivery of education programs to ensure property owners are aware of their ongoing obligations.
- Investigate and resolve complaints and Requests For Service from the community.
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong time management and collaboration skills. A high level of competency in computer skills, well developed written and verbal communication and an ability to problem solve. You will also have demonstrated experience in a role dealing with fire hazards or fire prevention and knowledge of legislation related to Emergency Management and Fire Prevention in a Local Government context.
