**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Preparation**: Prepare materials for coating, ensuring they are properly cleaned, treated, and ready for the coating process.
- **Innovation and Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with our production teams, contributing your insights to push the boundaries of powder coating aesthetics and techniques.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain an unwavering commitment to quality, consistently producing finishes that adhere to our high standards of excellence.
- **Efficiency and Safety**: Operate powder coating equipment and loading machinery efficiently and safely, contributing to a smooth workflow that upholds our workplace standards.

**Qualifications**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Powder Coating: 1 year (preferred)
- Spray Painting: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
