**Stratco Cadetship - Sheds, Carports & Garages**

If you are looking for a start in the construction industry this could be right for you.

You will get the opportunity to work alongside professional tradespeople and you will learn all aspects of the industry. You will also receive dedicated support from HIA and Stratco in all aspects of your training and employment.

If selected, you will commence with a 6 week Trade Ready Program and then into a 12 month Cadetship where you will complete the required Units of Competency to obtain the Sheds, Carports and Garage Installation licence in QLD.

The program kicks off late January 2023.

- Be punctual, reliable and hardworking
- Be committed to finishing their cadetship
- Working outdoors on various construction types with Patio & Carports the main product
- Be a team player
- Have an attention to detail
- Must have a driver’s license and reliable transport
- Be prepared to complete a 6 week prevocational course prior to selection to work with host trainers in the Stratco Dealer network paid by Stratco & the Stratco Dealer.
