**Job Title: Flower Processor and Packer URGENTLY HIRING**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Flower Processor and Packer. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and presentation of our floral products by cleaning, wrapping, and preparing flowers for sale. You will work alongside florists and other team members to maintain the efficiency of our production line while upholding the highest standards of freshness and appearance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and trim flowers, removing any damaged or wilted petals, leaves, or stems.
- Prepare flowers for packaging by arranging them in bunches or sleeves.
- Wrap flowers carefully and neatly in sleeves or wrapping paper, ensuring an attractive presentation.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including washing buckets, cleaning work surfaces, and disposing of waste materials.
- Inspect flowers for quality and freshness, promptly removing any unsuitable specimens.
- Collaborate closely with florists to fulfill orders and assist with product arrangements as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Pay: $23.39 - $35.59 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
