Associate Producer

Amplify's Sydney office are looking for a strong Production Coordinator or Associate Producer with at least two years experience in production or events management and a passion for brand experiences. This is an exciting role working across a variety of brands to deliver culturally connected brand experiences, working as part of an experienced team. An opportunity to work with progressive clients and be part of a team that create award winning campaigns that join the dots between people, brands + culture.

Events experience is valuable but most important is an understanding of marketing and experience of project management and support.

The day to day:

- Strong attention to detail is a must as this role will support the Producers on project delivery.
- Provide production and logístical support in the planning and delivery of all events and activations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Assist in the operational delivery of “onsite” bump in/outs for all events and activations.
- Process and manage production and event purchase orders and vendor payments, ensuring finances and accounts are processed and paid on time and within budget.
- Have a can-do attitude and an ability to problem solve.

You must have the right to work in Australia and have the appropriate visa as required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
