We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Facility Coordinator to join our team on a full time ongoing basis.

**About the Role**:
The role of Property Facilities Coordinator for Baptcare is pivotal in the delivery of a high service in maintaining all buildings and residences owned and operated by Baptcare. The role will be primarily looking after our Affordable Homes area of business. This service will be recognized as best practice not just compliant, meeting all accreditation, legislative standards required within this work environment but also delivering a statement from customers, staff and visitors that this is a place I could live in, or this is the place to work..

**Responsibilities will include**:
Ensure all Legislative, Building Codes and required federal, State of local government requirements are meet.

Baptcare systems, policies and procedures are followed and maintain the compliance of data within them.

Manages the leasing of sites, Contract& Contractor management.

Mange Capital Works projects and budgets

Ensure all Workplace Health & Safety requirements are managed.

**About you**:
Possess at least 5 years' Facility management experience or a certificate, diploma, tertiary or trade qualifications working in within building construction and maintenance and or commercial maintenance practices.

Experience in asset management principles including lifecycle modelling.

Experience and knowledge of Essential Maintenance Systems and other legislative asset management requirements

Experience in Work health safety requirements within commercial operational, construction / Building Industry

Experience in contract and contractor management including tendering process.

Experience using computer software including MS office systems.

Have strong written, verbal and analytical skills, combined with excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
