**Your new role awaits**

Based at Coates Kingston branch, you’ll be analysing customer and equipment data to provide guidance through pricing metrics and trends to unlock pricing as a competitive advantage.

You will also execute both National and Coates North Business Unit (Qld) pricing strategy, ensuring compliance targets are met and supporting the customer tender process.

**A typical day for you**
- Partnering with sales to generate product pricing agreements with tendered customers.
- Liaising with and influencing stakeholders with appropriate data around the optimised price position to support the overall Coates “go-to-market” strategy.
- Developing analytical insights including models and visualisations to provide greater pricing visibility and tracking to the business.
- Incorporate market factors, competitor intel and work within the pricing protocols to generate pricing recommendations.
- Providing training, guidance and support across the business and with relevant stakeholders on pricing policy, compliance, documentation and processes.

**What you’ll bring to the role**

In addition to an analytical mind, strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a knack for working with numbers, we’re also on the lookout for:

- Minimum three years in a commercial, finance, analytics or pricing role.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business (or related) is desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar is highly recommended.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Rental or equipment hire industry experience is desirable.
