**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Accounts Payable Officer**
- Maintaining accounts through the accounts payable process to ensure accounts are managed effectively and processed in a timely manner
- Daily processing of invoices through Kofax platform
- Taking personal accountability to make decisions and overcome barriers
- Reviewing Dynamics AX errors to ensure invoices, petty cash, staff expenses and credit card reconciliations are processed correctly
- Formatting and uploading Excel consolidated invoice journals
- Reconciliation of vendor accounts to statement
- Maintaining good internal customer and supplier relationships
- Maintaining an accurate filing system for accounts records to ensure information can be accessed in an appropriate and timely manner
- Processing creditor payments via EFT, BPAY or cheque method of payment
- Maintain and update relevant creditor information to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date
- Ensure that month-end deadlines are met

**What will you bring**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
- An ability to lead using knowledge, skills and experience to provide insights and guidance
- Take ownership of change messages, communicating them positively and authentically to others
- Demonstrates a genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
