Our client, a leading force in the disability support sector with over 40 hubs across Australia, is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join their Central Adelaide team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for professionals with a background in Psychological Science, Psychology, or Social Work, who are passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of people with disabilities. **Role Overview**:

- **Employment Type**: Ongoing, Full-time or Part-time (minimum 4 days per week)
- **Total Remuneration Package**: $86,500 - $95,500 (includes Annual Leave Loading & Superannuation) + Car Options + Mobile + Laptop
- **Location**: Central Adelaide

**Your Role and Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the removal of barriers for individuals with disabilities, promoting optimum outcomes and an enhanced quality of life.
- Engage in diverse settings including homes, schools, workplaces, and community centres, ensuring a dynamic and varied working environment.
- Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to tackle complex behavioural challenges, with robust support to thrive in your role.
- Design and implement bespoke behaviour support plans, addressing the unique needs of each participant.
- Employ assessment and intervention strategies to assist individuals in achieving their goals and maximising their NDIS funding.
- Support participants in developing coping mechanisms, social skills, and strategies for daily life navigation.
