Machinery Operators

**The Role**
We are seeking highly motivated, conscientious and meticulous machinery operators to join an established team for the upcoming seeding season. You will ideally have some experience in operating machinery however this does not need to be on a large scale, our client operates a very modern fleet of well-maintained Case, CAT and John Deere tractors and equipment all with GPS guidance.

Your duties will include machinery maintenance, paddock preparation, and sowing with a 55ft air-seeder. The successful applicants will be hardworking, respectful, and energetic whilst taking pride in keeping machinery and equipment to a very high standard. You will be passionate about cropping, and agriculture and ideally treat everything as you would if it was your own and understand that the success of the business is heavily dependent on the timely and accurate sowing of the crops.

**The Employer**:
Our client manages a large mixed farming enterprise covering some 11,800 hectares in the New Norcia region of WA. Around 4,600ha is cropped annually consisting of canola, wheat, barley and lupins, 1000ha of annual pasture improvement is undertaken, and they also run sheep with a small number of cattle.

- Machinery operation experience
- Previous sowing experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Great attitude with a willingness to learn
- Neat, tidy and take pride in your work
- A strong team player
- Excellent communication skills, with good spoken English
- Punctual, thorough and attentive
