Wood Recruitment has partnered with them to recruit an Executive Administrator position. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a corporate office environment as a part of a highly successful and inclusive team.

**The role**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Preparation of reports
- Assisting with the preparation of tender documents, general letters and ad-hoc administration for all Partners.
- Maintaining calendars, meet and greet clients
- Managing incoming correspondence individually and via CRM system
- Prepare and manage meeting rooms & organise catering when needed Appointment setting and booking meetings
- Maintaining and updating of data base
- Filing (digital & paper).
- General office and kitchen upkeep.
- Reception duties including answering calls and distributing messages, meet & greet visitors

**The skills and experience required**:

- Experience as an Executive Assistant/Administration Officer/Receptionist or similar role.
- A strong customer service ethic (internally and externally)
- Understands the realities of working in a small professional office environment (MUST be prepared to be flexible in thinking, attitude and completion of daily tasks)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Uses initiative, suggest an improvement if something is not working.
- Able to liaise professionally with senior executive people.
- Experienced at planning and coordinating functions.
- Demonstrated experience dealing sensitively with confidential issues.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, energetic with a great “can do” attitude.
