Injury Recovery Advisor

- Circa $55 p/h +super
- Fulltime temp for 3 months, hybrid working

To be successful in this position you require:

- 3yrs Min. experience with Worker's Compensation - WorkCover
- Carry out the role of return to work coordinator
- Monitor injured workers’ capacity to return to work
- Consult and plan the injured person’s return to work
- Refer claimants for occupational rehabilitation
- Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal & Written
- Maintain ongoing management of claims and associated records
- Identify process improvements
- Provide Reports
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Collaborative and supportive work environment
- Psychological claims exp.
