**Who are we looking for?**:

- We are looking for an experienced Financial Counsellor to deliver thorough and integrated financial counselling services to individuals, families, and communities. You will collaborate with clients to offer financial education and support, helping them achieve a stable financial future. Your role will involve empowering clients with the knowledge and confidence needed to manage their finances effectively._
- This part-time position, which involves working four days a week, has opened due to an internal shift. The contract is set to end on June 30, 2025._

**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Deliver case management by gathering and distributing accurate financial materials and resources, and ensuring clients are directed to the appropriate internal and external services.
- Engage in local forums and networks, collaborating with other service agencies to build effective working relationships.

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Demonstrated ability to complete accurate, comprehensive, and high-level case noting.
- Proven ability to work with First Nations communities, and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse, Newly Arrived and emerging communities.
- Qualifications & Special Conditions:_

Diploma in Financial Counselling (essential) Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Member of SAFCA or eligible to become a member (membership must be current and maintained whilst in the FC role)
- National Police Check and Working With Children Check
