Caretaker / Handyperson

Seascape Retreat is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyperson to join our small team. As a luxury retreat nestled in the breathtaking coastal landscapes, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional experience for our guests. This person will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.

**Responsibilities**

**Routine Maintenance**

Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to the property.
- **Tasks include**:_
- maintaining the grounds
- landscaping
- limited lawn and garden care
- whipper snipping /slashing
- window cleaning
- fencing repairs

Feeding Alpacas and sheep from time to time

**Repairs**: Address and resolve minor repairs promptly to ensure the seamless operation of amenities and facilities.

**Health & Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role is NOT necessary.
- Basic knowledge of general repair work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
