**About the job**

This is a full-time position working a 7/7 roster. This is a night farming role with the opportunity to dive on occasion. In this role, you will work on our central operation crew earning a base hourly rate starting at $35.83 per hour with a dive allowance of $100 per dive day. This position receives an extra 30% night shift loading. This role is based in Dover with travel to other marine sites.

This hands-on position will cover:

- Rope tying;
- Stock protection rigging;
- Fish care;
- Environmental protection practices;
- Inputting nets; and
- General labouring duties on the water

Dive duties can include:

- Net inspections and underwater repairs;
- Mort retrieval and general recovery;
- Net scoring and Mooring checks; and
- Fish schooling and behavioural observation.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

- Be physically fit and strong;
- Be enthusiastic, positive, and a reliable team player;
- Have experience working on the water;
- Have a minimum of a Certificate III in Aquaculture Dive or an ADAS Aquaculture SSBA to 20 metres commercial dive qualification;
- Have a Coxswain ticket (desirable);
- Have the right to work full-time in Australia; and
- Successfully pass a pre-employment medical and drug test.
