Dental Technician

We are a fast-paced, growing Dental Laboratory on the Gold Coast specialising in the fabrication of quality restorations for dental prosthetics, focusing on implant, ceramic and crown and bridge designs as well as the design and milling of Titanium Frameworks. Using the most advanced technology available, our business is dedicated to providing the highest quality products in a timely manner. We are currently pursuing an enthusiastic individual to join our highly skilled team in the role of **Dental Technician / CAD Scan & Design** preferably in 3shape as well as being familiar with in-house 3D printing equipment with a good understanding of digital workflow.

**The role will include, but not limited to**:

- manufacturing dental prosthesis, through all steps of the process from intricate 3D and CAD designs using CAD/CAM, to milling and 3D printing;
- responsibility for the CADCAM department workflow
- troubleshooting and maintenance of milling machines,
- investigating and adaptation of new technologies and materials.

We require a highly organised and efficient individual who reflects a very high customer service standard.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- A relevant Dental Technician Qualification;
- Minimum 3+ years CAD design and mill experience - single crowns, multiple units, wax ups, implants and titanium frames
- Proficient in the following software: 3 Shape, Exocad, Asiga
- An ability to design Full Arch (8-10 units)
- Capable of working in a cohesive team environment, whilst also having the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High degree of computing competency and a high standard of accuracy
- Artistic with an eagerness to progress and learn
- Good communication skills with an enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work to deadlines
- An ability to quickly absorb technical information and to intelligently communicate information clearly and confidently
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
