The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) is the leading standards body responsible for the training and education of specialists and GP obstetricians in obstetrics and gynaecology in Australia and New Zealand.

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide committee administrative support and coordination to designated Subspecialty committees, including preparing agendas, writing minutes (including follow up actions) and support for project

groups as required.
- Ensure trainee compliance with current requirements, policies and regulation and identify and escalate concerns or issues as needed with the Lead.
- Liaise with College accreditation staff regarding the accreditation status of training units and their specific training facilities where changes impact on trainees.
- Providing specialist and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge within particular subspecialty areas.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Good attention to detail and the ability to initiate improvements to procedures and process.
- Sound experience gained in a professional environment in customer service, supporting committees and general administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work productively with a diverse range of professional stakeholders.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, including the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities, tight timeframes, and important deadlines.
