**Full Time - Body Corporate / Owners Corporation Manager**

**The Role**:
As an Owners Corporation Manager you will oversee the management of Body corporate facilities and ensure service levels are maintained. Administration support and accounts support are available.
- Processing Owners Corporation Certificates
- Obtaining Strata Insurance quotes
- Management and follow-up of contractors and their quotes
- Customer communications
- Issuing work orders
- Prepare Owners Corporation Meetings, Agenda’s, Minutes

**You are**:

- An OC Manager looking for a dynamic company to expand on their career and leadership skills as well as have flexible work options and OTE incentives.
