Waterjet / Bridgesaw Operator

**Position**:CNC Waterjet / Bridge Saw Operator**

**Location**: Cannington, WA

**Job Type**: Full time

**Starting Time**: ASAP

**Shift Schedule**: Mon to Fri, plus Sat if required

**Salary**: $38-$45 Per hour plus Super & OT

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up & operating CNC waterjet, and bridge saw machines according to benchtop specifications, ensuring alignment and calibration for optimal performance.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints accurately to determine machining requirements and specifications.
- Operate machines proficiently to fabricate benchtop parts with exceptional precision and accuracy, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
- Monitor machine operations closely, making necessary adjustments to settings and promptly troubleshooting any issues to guarantee the delivery of superior output.
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring strict compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and thorough cleaning of machines to uphold their optimal performance and longevity.
- General factory duties

**Requirements**:

- _A_ stonemasonry trade qualification or proven experience within the industry
- At least 2 years of experience operating CNC waterjet, and bridge saw machines within the stone industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read plans and measurements
- A passion for stone craftsmanship
- Current working rights in Australia
