Guitar Teacher

We are seeking Guitar, Violin and Viola Teachers to join our Music School.

Vincent Music is based in a great central location in inner city Brisbane.

We are rapidly expanding to meet incoming student demands weekday afternoons and before school. Also Saturdays.

**To be successful in the Role you must**:

- Have a passion for teaching.
- Be located in Brisbane
- Be a current member of a music teaching association e.g. MTAQ or have relevant tertiary qualifications in teaching your or your instrument performance or undertaking appropriate undergraduate degree
- Have at least 1 year experience teaching students
- Hold a Current Blue Card or willing to obtain one
- Have your own ABN
- Have Public Liability Insurance or willing to obtain it
- Be willing to commit to 10 weeks teaching each term
- Be available to take on lessons each week in the term within our peak hours. ( You get to choose what suits ) Currently looking to fill student demand for Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 3:30pm - 7pm and Saturdays 8:30am-10:30am and 11:30am - 1:00pm
- We currently have 2hrs of Guitar students booked in for Fridays 3:30pm - 5:30pm who need a new teacher immediately.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Part-time hours: 6 per week

**Salary**: $42.00 - $48.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
