We are looking for an energetic and highly dedicated employee that will be responsible for processing art and film tasks, develop effective art and print solutions in a timely and efficient manner.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

- Complete Art Tasks as allocated by the iSpek system within the agreed timeframe
- Provide Graphic Art advice to Sales staff & Customers as required
- Produce finished artwork, graphics and file as required.
- Responsible for checking accuracy and quality of work done by others, ensuring Sales department are liaised with re sample measurements accuracy.
- Ensure the product information is interpreted accurately and to the companies and customers specifications.
- Provide support for continuous improvement activities
- Participate in cross functional teams
- Keeps abreast of industry trends and Opal products & processes to enhance knowledge, provision of specifications and depth of understanding such as through attending trade shows

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have:

- Experience in the Graphic Arts industry preferred but not essential
- Competent in the use of Graphics software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
- Competent Mac user (OSX or above)
- Understanding of the flexographic printing process
- Experience in the pre-press production process
- Knowledge of the Fibre Industry is preferred but not essential
