We're currently looking at putting a new team together to make a difference in the life of our clients by providing 1:1 home support across the Newcastle region.

**Position: Disability Support Worker**
**Location: Newcastle**
**Support Needed**:Our participants need supports with manual handling, bowel care, catheter care, high care supports and assistance with daily living.

**Available Shifts: Casual Contract with up 50 hours per fortnight, **starting when you are ready and lasts as long as you can work. Flexible working hours, work as little or as much as you want per week.
- Afternoon
- Evening
- Morning
- Weekend

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A compassionate heart and an adventurous spirit
- Ability to handle verbal challenges with patience and humor—this is key
- Previous experience in personal care is a bonus, but a positive attitude is a must
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
