**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience operating a grader, specifically John Deere, with the ability to perform final trim pavements to a competent industry standard
- Possess a current MR licence and White Card.
- Capable of undertaking manual tasks and contributing positively to team efforts
- Basic numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills to manage project documentation and team communication
- Proven track record of effective team collaboration and public interaction, meeting project deadlines without compromising on safety or quality
