**The Role**

**Key Duties**
- Develop and execute strategic plans for construction tasks, aligning with project priorities and objectives.
- Generate comprehensive schedules for both employees and projects, optimizing workflow and productivity.
- Monitor and supervise team attendance and work progress, ensuring efficiency and adherence to tight timelines.
- Enforce strict compliance with pertinent safety regulations throughout site operations.
- Direct the effective use of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Meticulously monitor expenditures to maintain budgetary control and adherence to project financial constraints.
- Resolve emerging problems and issues with finesse, maintaining a harmonious project flow.
- Allocate and delegate responsibilities among team members with precision.
- Provide supervision, training, and constructive feedback to enhance the skills of the workforce.
- Ensure the availability of labor and other essential resources for smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Showcase a solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Exhibit effective leadership and communication skills, vital for seamless coordination within the team.
- Display adept problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Hold a valid driver's license and own transportation.
