**About Us**:

**Responsibilities**:
In this role you will be required to:

- Effectively plan and execute numerous functions and race days throughout the year.
- Supervise and instruct Food & Beverage employees.
- Manage all food and beverage, day to day operations within budgeted guidelines, and in accordance with brand standards, including the Club’s allocated race days.
- Run and manage multiple simultaneous events.
- Promote Club events and functions.

**Requirements**:

- A current RSA
- Strong food, beverage, hospitality and functions / event management experience.
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales Systems

Desired but not essential skills:

- Previous experience managing a team
- Previous experience managing and social media accounts
