**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Group Financial Operations Manager, this role will have full ownership of Australia end-to-end monthly payroll and pay related systems ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time; in compliance with relevant legislation, awards and National Employment Standards.
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed accurate and in a timely manner
- Maintaining good understanding of Award & NES legislation, as well as remuneration/benefits and taxation issues
- Working closely with Senior Director of Remuneration and Employee Benefits to ensure all employee benefits are correctly set up in payroll system
- Running payroll reporting and reconciliations
- Preparing payroll tax and workers compensation reports
- Maintaining accurate data, robust data checks and audit processes of payroll
- Administrating the Payroll system
- Managing year end reporting and payment summaries
- Handling all payroll queries and maintain a high level of internal customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years payroll experience managing end-to-end payroll for mid to large organisation
- Working knowledge of pay related legislations
- Excellent customer service & time management skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Ability to interpret Modern Award and a good understanding of NES
- Experience with ADP Payforce system preferred
