**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure dairy farmers, fruit suppliers, levy vendors, haulage companies and third party milk processes are paid accurately and to terms.
- Receipt in Milk Loads and match to PO’s.
- Reconcile Third Party Milk Received. Analysis and reporting of results.
- Manage relationships between a number of internal and external stakeholders involved with milk and fruit procurement.
- Balance sheet reconciliations, preparation and posting of accounting journals.

**Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years professional experience
- Business/Accounting degree preferred
- Accounts Payable, inventory management or Assistant Accounting background preferred
- FMCG or Agricultural experience preferred
- Weekly reporting of milk received not transferred to receiving factories
- Milk not yet invoiced to third party balances

**Knowledge**:

- A background in dairy procurement would be a great bonus
- Strong Procure to Pay background (i.e. purchase orders, goods receipts, invoicing/RCTIs, payment runs, GRNI)
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel (E.g. Vlookups, pivot tables, working with large volumes of data, creating reports for stakeholders,
- reconciling payments out of SAP to payment schedules)
- A Finance Shared Services or inventory background
- Understanding of agricultural commodities and respective pricing of industrial products a bonus.
- Madcap experience a bonus
- Business degree and/or working towards CPA/CA a bonus

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Docklands, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
