**What role will you play?**

You’ll have the chance to build transferable skills through role rotations and working across different business groups, disciplines and sectors. Areas of opportunity include:
**Accounting**

Support the growth of Macquarie by delivering financial management and control advice, management reporting and forecasting, regulatory and tax reporting and business advisory.

**Asset Management**

Play a role in delivering specialist active investment capabilities across global equities, fixed income and multi-asset solutions.

**Corporate finance, M&A and markets**

Help advise businesses on mergers or acquisitions, support teams that trade essential commodities or work in treasury providing funding, capital and advisory services.

**Corporate operations, strategy and projects**

Drive the operational effectiveness of Macquarie, help curate workplace experiences and empower us to be innovative.

**Retail banking**

Gain real customer-focused experience, helping people purchase a home, start business or manage their finances.

**Risk**

Work on strategies to help manage and prevent risks to deliver successful and sustainable business outcomes.

**Technology and data**

If you're an international student, you must meet the following criteria to be eligible:

- You must currently reside lawfully in Australia and have full-time working rights within Australia at the commencement of the program.
- You will have completed an approved English Language test and prove that you have reached 'Proficient English' as set by the Department of Home Affairs. If you hold a passport from the UK, USA, Canada or the Republic of Ireland you are not required to provide evidence of English Language Proficiency (which is in line with immigration requirements).

**About Macquarie’s Graduate Program**

We have designed our graduate program to help you learn and grow. You’ll be supported and mentored by your peers and leaders, as well as through the Graduate Development Program. You’ll start with an induction at our headquarters in Sydney, where you’ll meet your grad cohort before commencing the program to kick-start your career.
