Experienced Sandwich Technician

Melbourne, Australia Appetite Catering Full time

We are a corporate catering company on the city fringe looking for a sandwich technician with experience working in a **high-volume**, fast paced sandwich section of a commercial kitchen.

Duties include:

- Completing daily sandwich orders on time according to the days schedule
- Prepping sandwich section for next day’s orders
- Daily bread orders
- Liaising with head chef and other chefs/cooks

Applicants **MUST be experienced with high-volume sandwich making (previous experience with a catering company or similar is highly valued)** and have good knowledge of food safety and food handling requirements.

City fringe location.

Hours 6.00am to approx 2.00pm Monday to Friday only.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- high volume sandwich making: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
