Dance Instructor

We are looking to hire a passionate dance instructor to join our vibrant dance studio in Northlakes, Caboolture and Warner. You will be responsible for teaching a dynamic fun group of students in hip hop and contemporary, ensuring that all students are engaged, motivated, and inspired to achieve their goals in their chosen area of dance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to teach using various dance styles and methodologies from beginner to intermediate level.
- Develop dance curriculums and prepare lesson plans.
- Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers and students.
- Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
- Have a passion for people.
- Choreograph routines and select music for 2 concerts per year.
- Conduct group and private lessons as required.
- Provide a fun and creative environment..

**Requirements**:

- Previous teaching experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, compassionate, creative, kind and dependable.
- Demonstrate patience and leadership skills.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Fixed shift
- No weekends

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
