About the role

An opportunity exists for a marketing specialist to join the RetireAustralia marketing team, which is lead by a National Marketing Manager and consists of around 10 high performing specialists. As an integral, strategic arm of the business, the marketing strategy aims to meet objectives that support full villages, happy residents, and the achievement of annual targets.

The Marketing Coordinator - New Communities supports the new communities marketing team in driving high quality leads to meet project objectives for RetireAustralia's new development projects. Supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, the role will work collaboratively with RetireAustralia's new development project teams to ensure projects meet KPIs, campaigns and external-facing assets meet corporate and project brand guidelines and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute events and initiatives that support lead generation and conversion.

Your key responsibilities will include;
Work with the Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team to coordinate the delivery of all marketing activities for the New Communities portfolio;
Create and execute a schedule/calendar of tactical activities that aligns with the broader marketing strategy, including print, digital, social, website, eDM and above the line advertising;
Establish a strong relationship with the New Communities sales team, taking the time to understand their objectives and how marketing can provide the best support;
Develop and support sales events to help acquire new leads and convert existing leads;
Brief and coordinate a range of external suppliers and contractors, including creative agencies, media agencies etc;
Ensure appropriate measurement, reporting and feedback channels to enable continuous improvement, confidence and understanding of campaign progress and performance;
Ensure creative development and campaign implementation is aligned with RetireAustralia's brand strategy and preferred customer segments;
Present marketing updates at project team meetings, communicating clearly to maintain stakeholder confidence; and

About you

To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need;
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related field;
Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance;
Brisbane based with the ability to work at least 3 days per week in the RetireAustralia Brisbane CBD office;
Around 2 - 5 years' experience in generalist marketing, gained in an agency or inhouse;
Proven experience delivering generalist marketing activities such as copywriting, content creation, content management, social media, eDM's, website content, project management etc;
A collaborative, positive and driven attitude with a willingness to learn and help others in the team when required;
A genuine passion for providing an outstanding customer experience to RetireAustralia's existing and future residents;
Highly developed visual, verbal, and written communication skills with a high attention to detail; and

Ability to travel to properties interstate approximately 3 - 4 times per year.
