**What's on offer**:
Take on this exciting opportunity to work within one of the Top 50 ASX listed organisations as an Accounts Payable Officer and play a critical role in managing the company's financial obligations including processing of invoices and payments as well as ad hoc financial administration duties.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of purchase orders and invoices for large portfolios
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests promptly and accurately
- Raising purchase orders including recurring service contracts and statutory expenses
- Coding invoices and reconciling vendor accounts
- Identifying gaps between invoice and purchase order
- Liaising with centre management teams and vendors to investigate and close the gaps
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related inquiries
- Assist in budget and forecast process

**Who you are**:

- High system proficiency, previous experience of working with (multiple) ERP systems
- Experienced end-to-end Accounts Payable Officer
- Sound knowledge and good understanding of accounting principles, e.g. accrual accounting
