**A bit about the role**

As Wyndham’s **Central Registration and Engagement Officer**, you will join the Child & Family Support leadership team as the key liaison for early years service providers and partners in the Central Registration & Enrolment Scheme to ensure all process and policies promote optimum outcomes for children and families.

Your knowledge and experience of Central Registration & Enrolment Schemes (CRES) and the delivery of early education will see you excel in this role, supporting the development and growth of the CRES to increase responsiveness and participation in kindergarten across Wyndham.

In this role, you will collaborate extensively with a variety of stakeholders to build strong networks and partnerships, ensure policy and process compliance, and support Wyndham’s delivery of a high-quality Central Registration & Enrolment Scheme.

**What you will deliver**
- As the key liaison between stakeholders, build collaborative relationships and networks with service providers and business units to undertake service planning, ensure compliance, and support advocacy.
- Lead and participate in quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Central Registration & Enrolment Scheme.
- Undertake the development and review of policies and processes in close partnership with stakeholders to ensure that these promote optimum outcomes for community members.
- Lead the development of the kindergarten timetable, ensuring alignment with the Best Start, Best Life kindergarten reforms

**What you will bring**
- Completion of a tertiary course in early education, community service or business-related discipline with some relevant experience or lesser formal qualifications and substantial relevant experience in stakeholder management
- Demonstrated experience in, and understanding of, a Central Registration & Enrolment Scheme
- Experience in the delivery of early education (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and network partnerships to work cohesively towards continuous improvement outcomes for community members.
- A current employee Working with Children Check
