**About the role**:
The Culture and Leadership Development Specialist is responsible for framing and driving a strategic approach towards advancing the culture and continual organisational development of Unitywater.

The role will be responsible for a clear culture and development strategy that details the activities required to drive performance and behavioural outcomes characterised by a constructive culture. Connected and aligned to this, the role will plan and oversee the delivery of talent, leadership, team and individual development solutions to enable Unitywater to meet its strategic goals and cultural intent, and which continually develop the capability of Unitywater’s people.

You will have the opportunity to work from either office locations Caboolture and/or Maroochydore and will also have the flexibility to work from home.

**About you**:
To contribute to Unitywater’s values of **Reliability**, **Safety**, **Honesty** **& Integrity**, **Efficiency**, **One Team**, **Innovation**, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or Business. Preferred post graduate qualification and Human Resource Management or Organisational Psychology
- Experience in the oversight and continual improvement of performance, development and talent approaches and processes
- Demonstrated significant management, leadership team building, consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills
- Qualifications in key cultural and leadership assessment tools - LSI/OCI accreditation is preferred
- Proven ability to understand and deliver on a range of stakeholder requirements.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills at a leadership level to leverage support from senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to provide proactive leadership and coaching to managers across a diverse business (ideally within a mixed blue and white collared environment)
- Demonstrated project management skills with strong time management and organisational skills
- Experience in organisational change management
