You’ll have demonstrated knowledge of industry codes and practices, including procedures, policies, and products and have the ability to hold and maintain a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA). You’ll take initiative and strive for the best outcomes and have a warm, professional communication style. You'll be chatting with a variety of people - customers, brokers, and colleagues across different business areas. You're excellent at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
