Hardware Retail - Fasteners

Tradefix Fasteners is located in Currumbin Waters on the Gold Coast. We are a small friendly team, our factory is clean and tidy and we have a positive workplace environment with a local client base. We are looking for a person to assist our store manager in serving customers and fulfilling daily duties.

**Key Duties include but not limited to**:

- Serving customers in store
- Answering incoming calls and inquiries
- Receive deliveries and stock shelves
- Pack orders ready for collection or delivery
- Process and order stock
- Follow up with clients and suppliers

**Skills and Experience**:

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience within the fasteners or building industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- CURRUMBIN WATERS, QLD 4223 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- CURRUMBIN WATERS, QLD 4223: Relocate before starting work (required)
