TLH Recruitment is proudly representing our client who is an Australian owned, manufacturer of Fresh Food products based in O'Connor. They are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Food Production staff to join their team This opportunity is an on call casual role with opportunities for ongoing work for the right people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hygiene team
- Cleaning the production lines
- Cold Storage 1 - 5 degrees
- Using hoses and cleaning foam to ensure all locations are clean.
- using cleaning products (nontoxic to foods etc)

**Requirements**:

- Available for on call casual work
- 6 x a week for 6 hours a day 11pm starts
- Experience in food production / manufacturing highly regarded
- experience in the hygiene team
- Good knowledge of GMP / HACCP and WHS
- High attention to detail - you will be required to read ingredients
- Able to work in a fast paced, chilled environment
