**What You Will Be Doing**

The Department of Surgery Administrative Assistant provides secretarial and administrative support to the Department of Surgery, Orthopaedic Team. This is a critical position that enables effective communication across all Frankston Departments as well as broader Peninsula Health personnel

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Experience at a senior administrative level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- High levels of motivation
- Ability to work unsupervised in a confidential environment
