- Look for geographic synergies to leverage stakeholder network in market development work e.g. NGOs, etc.
- Connect GEV offerings to customer solutions at pace and scale needed for the energy transition, breakdown internal silos and work across the portfolio of offerings in the interest of the customer.
- Market Development of customer(s) relevant stakeholder ecosystem to remove barriers and accelerate/scale GEV solutions.
- Feedback customer Energy Transition needs and problems to the GEV Tier 2 businesses that will help guide direction of products, services, advocacy efforts, etc.
- Coordination with Tier 2 businesses, ECG, EFS, Government Affairs, Carbon Solutions team, GRC, etc.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Major leadership experience
- Energy transition and energy technologies acumen
- Desired qualifications:

- Solution selling skills, project management and coordination skills
- Executive presence
- Servant leadership
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to influence, at all levels, including across peer stakeholder groups
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; proven ability to get results across multiple groups and disciplines

- Strategic thinker with highly developed analytical and critical thinking abilities.
