We have an opportunity for experienced Senior Case Managers or Workers Compensation Specialists looking for the next step in their career in this fast paced, outcome driven position as a Technical Specialist in our Government Services Workers Compensation team.

**As a Technical Specialist, you will be required to**:

- Coach and guide a team of Case Managers in all technical aspects of Workers Compensation
- Drive strategic initiatives and processes within your team
- Ensure quality claims outcomes and decisions are delivered by your team
- Understand key performance drivers and identify opportunities to continuously improve claims performance
- Deliver superior customer service to all customers at every touch point through self and coaching team
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
- Previous technical experience including goal setting, driving performance, and developing strategic initiatives
- Extensive liability or personal injury management expertise, preferably within a Workers Compensation environment
- Proven experience in strategic thinking and driving quality claims outcomes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating, influencing, and developing strong customer relationships

This role will suit someone who enjoys coaching and mentoring individuals in all technical aspects of Workers Compensation. You will be committed to achieving challenging targets and motivated by delivering positive results while building strong stakeholder relationships.
