ResourceCo have recently acquired a successful long-term Recycling & Waste business in Brooklyn, Victoria. We are continuing to expand and grow our Business in 2023 and beyond, and our new site in Brooklyn forms a critical and exciting part of this. Our people are integral to our success, and as such, we have multiple opportunities available for you to join our experienced Maintenance team undertaking **general maintenance work**, based at our new site in **Brooklyn, Victoria**

We have **permanent, full time secure roles with ample hours available and any further training provided to assist you in your further development and future at ResourceCo.**

**You will have key responsibility in**:
Assisting tradesmen with the following.
- new plant design including analysis of drawings, potential plant improvements and planned maintenance improvements.
- Gearbox & bearing removal & refit.
- Repairs and maintenance to crushing and screening equipment.
- Materials handling equipment repair and maintenance.
- General fabrication and welding.
- Promote safety and safe work practices at all times.

**About you**:
**At ResourceCo, we are prepared to invest in our people, and as such, full training and required qualifications/certifications will be arranged by the organisation.**
- Experience preferably within the Quarrying and Mining sector would be advantageous
- Minimum 1 years’ maintenance experience is ideal but not mandatory
- Tickets in Riggers & Confined Space is desirable but not essential
- Welding experience (is desirable but not essential)
- Possess good organisational and planning skills
- Self-motivated and willingness to continue to learn and develop
