Our client is a leader in creating a cultural institution for artistic enjoyment and learning, that thrives today in the Shoalhaven. They have a significant and diverse portfolio of assets including heritage buildings and gardens, architecturally award-winning modern and contemporary architectural structures surrounded by parkland and bushland.

We are currently seeking experienced baristas and hospitality supervisors to deliver excellent high end service in a Café setting and lead event delivery for school, work and corporate events. With a minimum of 30 hrs a week, which can increase to meet demands of weekly events. Usual hours of work are 9 - 4 on a rotating roster.

This is a hands-on role in which you will be required to deliver excellent service in a, at times, fast paced environment.

**Duties are but not limited to**:

- Assisting in the Café
- Provide table service and alcohol service for events
- Provide food service
- Operation of tills
- Cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service
- General cleaning
- For supervisory roles, Support event delivery and lead/manage a high performing café team

**Required skills and experience**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Barista
- Attention to detail
- Professional demeanour

**Have or willing to obtain the following**:

- RSA
- A NSW working with children check
- Police check

**Salary**: $27.15 - $32.95 per hour

Schedule:

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
