RaptorTech is leading technology company providing products and services to construction and mining industries with our flagship product being Unicontrol 3D GNSS Machine Control and Survey equipment. Since our inception in 2018 RaptorTech has grown 100% year on year and look to continue that trend into the future.

With a growing number of systems operating in the field it's time to expand our support team with Junior roles reporting to the Support manager. You will already have a strong grounding in Survey concepts from your previous roles which will be paired with ongoing training in our products and every aspect of supporting technology systems.

**About the Role**:

- **You will have a required minimum 2 years' experience in on-site surveying with the following**:_
- Strong understanding of typical workflow of construction sites in regard to survey and engineering design creation and deployment
- Working knowledge of Survey concepts, in particular projections and localisations
- Exposure to using GNSS survey equipment such as rovers or machine control
- **It is desirable for you to have the following experience but not essential**:_
- Experience in setup of Radio and NTRIP RTK networks
- Working understanding of RTK protocols and formats
- Creation of site design files
- **You will have the following Personal Attributes**:_
- Confident and clear communicator who is able to:

- Train operators from scratch in use of our GNSS survey and machine control equipment
- Support the sales team in technical discussions with customers
- Liase with onsite resources such as surveyors and engineers in order to facilitate setup of our equipment with mínimal distruption
- Strong desire to learn technical concepts outside survey such as the underlying technology that powers GNSS equipment
- Process driven approach to fault finding and troubleshooting
- Strong desire to teach other employees (junior or senior) in relation to your area of expertise
- Whilst the role will be predominantly office based you will be comfortable heading to sites for either training, support or sales related reasons
- **You will have following Qualifications**:_
- Certificate III in Surveying or above

**Salary**: $77,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
