**Your New Role**

The role of Data Insights Analyst will provide input for Data Management practices especially in Data Analysis, Data Reporting, Data Insights, modelling, statistical tools and technology enablement. The Data Insights Analyst role will:

- Provide technical expertise and utilise tools such as SQL, SSRS, PowerBI, Machine Learning, Data Management, pattern detection, data visualisation and statistics to optimise the value of data to support 'intelligent' business decision making and reporting;
- Deliver business insights, dashboards and reporting harnessing internal and external data, presenting visualisations utilising PowerBI;
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholder and cross functional teams, developing understanding of their needs and translating these into addressing business questions, harnessing data and analytics tools.

**How do you exceed our expectations?**

- Intermediate to advanced SQL, SSRS and Python or R skills with experience in using these tools to interrogate and manipulate large data sets;
- 3+ years' experience in data or statistical analysis;
- Tertiary qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields such as Physics, Economics or Operations Research;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all types and levels of stakeholder to understand requirements and present back findings and recommendations (to both technical and non-technical audiences); and
- _ _You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
