**About the role**

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Maintenance leader to join our growing AMG (Asset Management Group) as Maintenance Supervisor. Located a short drive from Kalgoorlie, Mount Marion is currently going through an incredibly exciting growth phase which includes a significant camp upgrade. The role will be on an even time 2/2 roster you will play a vital role in overseeing maintenance and reliability activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our mining equipment and infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of maintenance personnel in executing planned and reactive maintenance tasks for mining equipment and site infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies, ensuring equipment reliability and optimizing uptime.
- Conduct regular inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to enhance equipment performance.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, track KPIs, and prepare comprehensive reports to assess equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety standards and fostering a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in the mining industry, with expertise in maintenance and reliability management.
- Sound knowledge of mining equipment, including excavators, haul trucks, dozers, and drills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence.
- Solid understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
